Det startade med följande mejl:
Och jag upptäckte det när jag var inne på mitt webbhotell och kollade. Under ePostadressen: 'nisse@ngn.nu' hittade jag ett mejl som var daterat: 2011-03-25 (mottaget: 2011-01-23) och det var från 'nana' och ärendet gällde: 'GREETINGS+--'.
Det där gjorde ju givetvis en sådan som mig nyfiken ett mejl som är addresserat till framtiden (redan här anande jag att detta var ett s.k. scam (bedrägeriförsök))

A kilo for $31,100 USD? Here in Sweden a kilo cost $46,581 USD.
The fineness in this Swedish gold is 999.9

Seems like a good deal. The problem is: "gold dust". Witch fineness does it have?

Yes Gold Dust is more like sand, but that is not what will be shipped, we have smelted the dust into Bars but they are not refined yet that is why we are selling a kilo for $31,100 USD.

If you can come to Ghana or London it will be very perfect perfect because i can increase the size of the shipments to 100kg or more. Yes a kilo in the world market is over $45,000 USD.

If your confirm your interest then we can proceed with the transaction based on we meeting.

Not Refined means that the AU gold dust was smelted into Bars.
Ghana or London is where we get to meet and sign the SPA and contract.
Let me know the certification that you will need so i can issue them.
If you can come to Ghana then I will take you to our mining land and you get to meet the local miners and worker + rulers. But in London we will get to sign just the SPA and contract.

All legal document are available for your perusal any time you are set and ready.

The documents:
In the draft contract text (and at the dust sample test document), the company is: "ANKOMAH & SONS COMPANY LIMITED"
In the certification documents I received, the company name is: "Grace Rock Gold Mines Ghana Limited"
Why does Your company have a draft contract (and dust sample test document) from another company? Even if it is a draft this is odd.
And the 'dust sample test document' belong to 'ANKOMAH & SONS COMPANY LIMITED'
And the certificate document belong to 'Grace Rock Gold Mines Ghana Limited'.

What I can see 'ANKOMAH & SONS COMPANY LIMITED' and 'Grace Rock Gold Mines Ghana Limited' has nothing to do with each other.
Wich company do You represent?

In the geological report , from where (geological place) is the sample gold dust?
There is no 'Your Ref No:'?
And the Geological Survey is fast. They get a letter from 'You' 11 feb 2011 and it's signed 11 feb 2011. Received, tested and signed in the same day...

In site busytrade.com about Ankomah & Sons Company Limited it state that Your Quality Control is 'Internal'? Which means what Quality control?

In the draft contract is stated 'alluvial dust' in Your mail You state it would be 'bars', so?

In the draft contract the purity is stated to 96,93. In the Geological report the purity is: 95,61 (final treated).

I do not accept the terms in draft contract nr: 6, 11, 12, 21.1

6. One kilo bar will be sent from seller to buyer for quality control, no cost for buyer except the quality control. Thereafter the buyer can receive conventional shipments. OK You can work in one place and the company recide anywhere in the world. Or You can recide in the same land as the company and use a Hong Kong Yahoo email account - but why?
Anyway, nowhere in the email communication this is mentioned. Especially not in Your first email. There You give the feeling that You get a share from Your family mega share. Which family?
Now You act as a fully sales representative.

You maybe should change email; 'mike.nanaa@yahoo.com.hk' went up as scam sender in to many places. How safely do You think that feel?

I have been in this line of trade for years and am well noted for legalities and I have no bad record and this is why most of our buyers are confident, yes 50kg is rightfully mine and contracts are expandable based on the capabilities of Buyer, you don't sound real or professional am sorry to say.

If you are real and legal the first thing is to confirm the company certification, confirm the sellers side either via the Ghana police,BNI or any other legal means.

Most Buyer come down to Ghana and at the end of the day fake golds are given to them because they fail to follow the legal steps. I am not here to force you to buy gold from me for any reason.

your excuse are so unprofessional, what does my personal email address have to do with what am selling, what sense does that make in your head, i created that email address when i was in Hong Kong few years back.

If some answers are not well stipulated then you have to restate them, stop basking under childish reproach and be professional.

If a serious buyer travel to Ghana (or London), based on a email from You and the fact that this person have to travel without any guarantee that this is real and legal - this hypothetical buyer must have some trouble with his/here sense.
